Richard Meggitt’s excellent and helpful article on how to sue Ryanair was wonderful. There was one piece of information I needed to check and Richard did that quickly over the telephone. I contacted ASD after being involved in a serious accident that left me with a significant leg injury.
ASD offered a home appointment as I was unable to travel and visited within 24 hours of me contacting them.
Throughout my case I was updated regularly and everything was explained clearly. Any phone calls or emails that I sent were answered quickly and I was never left waiting for a response.
I was supported throughout; I was dealing with a traumatic incident and ASD kindly arranged for counselling to be provided.
I am very grateful to Ralph and his team for everything they did but also showing compassion and giving reassurance throughout and most of all understanding what I was going through.
