I had the good fortune of securing Rachael Burley of MKB Solicitors as my representative in a complex set of family law proceedings that went on for well over a year, she was kind, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. In the beginning of my family troubles I called around about 4 different solicitors firms, not one seemed particularly interested in the severity or the urgency of which the problems my family was facing, after one call with Rachael, she was on it with getting the matter heard in court, filling out the necessary paper work and liaising with the court to get the situation looked at as a matter of urgency. In the end we managed to get the result that we needed and we are now able to move forward with our lives for the better. I honestly can't thank the staff at MKB enough for all of their hard work!

Exceptional service from Leigh and the team in completing our house move and sale of our old property. Communication was excellent, Leigh and Ellie were always available to talk and guide us through the sale and purchase process, making it as stress free as humanly possible. I would highly recommend MKB to anyone looking to move and would not hesitate to use them again in the future is required.

We found MKB to be a poor service- they were slow - poor communication. We were assigned to Sara- she was out of the office or unavailable to talk too a lot of the time. They definitely held up our sale and purchase by not doing the relevant work until way down the line and always blamed the other side! We have 4 friends who have been ‘recommended’ them and all have had the same negative experience!

We have recently had a newborn baby and protecting her is our biggest priority that’s why we decided to make a will. I didn’t have much knowledge around making wills but Joanna looked after us explaining everything clearly. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to make a will.

It took over six months to complete the conveyancing of a small terraced house in good condition. The communication was very poor and there was no attention to detail. The property has two deeds and one of the two kept being forgotten in the legal documents. I asked if the two deeds could be joined into one and I was told it was impossible. I have been advised since by another sollicitor that this could have been done. Complete absence of customer service skills.
