Fay helped me with what was probably a fairly straightforward divorce but when you’re in it, it feels intense! Fay was just so helpful with explaining where I stood legally on various matters.
She also really supported my decisions where I chose the “as friendly as possible” route, and was amazing at rephrasing my questions or concerns to take out any frustration or annoyance when communicating with the other party.

I am so so grateful that Fay Jones has been my solicitor. I spoke to two other solicitors before Fay and choosing her. Fay is honest, is a great communicator and I felt supported and guided through the process. Fay helped me to cut through the emotions and see the situation with greater clarity. Fay is a clear thinker and knew when I needed time to think things through and when to encourage me to move forwards. Fay is proactive and I am so grateful she is because her actions and knowledge helped to bring the situation to a conclusion. Bethan has helped me through court proceedings that have spanned the last 5 years. She has guided me, consoled me when things haven’t gone my way and always advocates for me and my parties best interests.
I would trust Bethan with my life (and my families) and even though I have now relocated, I continue to use Bethan. Her knowledge and professionalism is unmatched. What can I say? Not all superheroes wear capes, and Bethan is a shining example of this truth. From the moment I called her and we ‘opened the book and placed it on the shelf’ to the call I made and said… ‘that book, it’s time to take it off the shelf and open it’ to the moment we finished (hopefully) the last page and placed it back on the shelf! we hope we don’t need to speak again. However, should I ever need to revisit that book, it’s without a doubt Bethan will be the one I want by my side!
Throughout this experience, Bethan was nothing short of extraordinary. For anyone searching for unwavering support, she is the one to have in your corner. I cannot thank her enough for her calming presence, her ability to listen, and, most importantly, her steadfast focus on our ultimate goal—my daughter’s well-being.

David James and his team all helped make an unpleasant divorce process somehow more bearable.
His professionalism,and polite but persistent firm approach when dealing with other involved parties was excellent.

As a fellow lawyer, it felt strange, at first, to instruct Melanie but her outstanding reputation precedes her, and she undertook the role with her customary rigourous, logical, responsive, and pragmatic approach. She was direct, and on a difficult conflict of law issue, she was quickly able to identify the correct (and only realistic) specialist at the London bar who was able to answer it, and brief her accordingly. I have no hesitation in endorsing her skills and recommending her expertise and experience in family law matters
