Commercial Property Tenant Lease

I recently worked with Graeme Skuse on a commercial tenant lease/deed surrender, which was a great experience. He was always on top of the process and knew the details to protect you. He worked many hours getting it over the line despite changes to heads of terms and other side solicitors being added right at the end of the process. He kept me up-to-date proactively and helped me understand the contract's complexities.

Fantastic Service

We've received fantastic service from Andrew and India at Spencer Skuse & Potter on two occasions. Once for our house purchase, then again for a house sale and purchase.

Both times the customer service has been exceptional, with quick responses to emails and always answering the phone when we've called. Communication always clear and professional.

I'd absolutely recommend their service to anyone looking to buy and/or sell.
