I've today completed on my new house with the help of my solicitor Nicola Penny. I'm incredibly happy with the service I've received. Nicola has been professional, approachable, contactable and has kept me updated throughout the whole process. I'm disabled and was delighted by the ease of the process for providing documents and correspondence. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nicola, she's been proactive and courteous and got the job done for a competitive price, but more importantly, she's managed to make buying house far less stressful than anticipated.

We used Evans & Jones Solicitors to sell 2 houses and purchase our new home. We were so impressed by the service we had primarily from Katie, and also Dalia. Katie was very knowledgeable and always available, she replied to enquiries speedily. Dalia even worked into the evening to ensure a completion went through. Due to covid backlogs Land Registry came back to us 2 years after our purchase, Katie dealt with the situation with no extra charge which was much appreciated. Again, this was handled extremely efficiently to help fix the issue (which was not caused by Evans & Jones). I have recommended Evans & Jones Solicitors to my friends.

Rhian Jones has been extremely professional, efficient, helpful, considerate throughout all our dealings with her. She has been very patient, as we started the purchasing process on two previous properties, but had to withdraw due to problems indicated in survey results.

I cannot recommend Rhian and her team highly enough. She handled our complex leasehold purchase with huge competence. She kept us fully updated throughout, and helpfully (and patiently!) explained everything. This was in contrast to our previous experience of using a large conveyancer recommended by the estate agent. No plans to move soon but when we do, we’ll certainly call on Evans & Jones!
