Moving House
We used Evans & Jones Solicitors to sell 2 houses and purchase our new home. We were so impressed by the service we had primarily from Katie, and also Dalia. Katie was very knowledgeable and always available, she replied to enquiries speedily. Dalia even worked into the evening to ensure a completion went through. Due to covid backlogs Land Registry came back to us 2 years after our purchase, Katie dealt with the situation with no extra charge which was much appreciated. Again, this was handled extremely efficiently to help fix the issue (which was not caused by Evans & Jones). I have recommended Evans & Jones Solicitors to my friends.

Above and beyond quality solicitors
Katie acted as our solicitor for a house purchase. She was always available and was incredibly quick to respond and sort any issues. She explained everything very clearly and really guided us through the process. Could not recommend enough, really exceptional.

5* Service - First Time Buyers - Would Highly Recommend!!
5* Service. We were first time buyers and contacted a high number of solicitors to find the right one as we knew we would have a lot of questions. A lot of solicitors either didn’t get back to us or took a while which didn’t fill us with confidence but speaking with Katie at Evans and Jones we knew we had to pick them. Katie answered every call, every email and every question politely, insightfully and patiently! She chased the seller’s solicitors promptly, raised queries and gave us advice every step of the way. A very quick, yet thorough process, which made the process easy as first time buyers! Would recommend to anyone considering and will definitely be using again in the future!

We are extremely pleased with the service you have provided .I have moved on several occasions over the years but have never received such efficient, helpful ,prompt ,informative and friendly service from the initial phone call with Rhian to the dsy of completion .You really made the move go smoothly and took away the worry and stress .Katie was wonderful keeping us informed through the whole journey ..Considering the Covid situation and how difficult it has been not once have I had to chase or question what was going on .

I feel the support and service from Katie (& all I had contact with) was exemplary, nothing was too much trouble when dealing with my queries, and I always received speedy responses even on a Sunday!!! What is more impression is that this excellent service was delivered through what must have been an extremely taxing & busy time due to the Covid pandemic.
