Right from the beginning Rhian was approachable, knowledgeable and made buying a house during a pandemic a much less stressful experience. Her levels of communication and organisation are outstanding and she responded promptly to any queries I raised during the process, with constant updates on progress. It was also refreshing to be able to speak to her on the phone instead of a constant stream of emails. Excellent value for money. I cannot recommend her highly enough and will be returning soon to arrange a Will. Thank you Rhian!

Sally & Phil Franks Property Purchase
Rhian Jones has been extremely professional, efficient, helpful, considerate throughout all our dealings with her. She has been very patient, as we started the purchasing process on two previous properties, but had to withdraw due to problems indicated in survey results.

Good local service
We have used Rhian for a few sales and purchases of properties. It’s a very professional service with competitive prices too. The one thing that has been an issue for us is the use of the App. If it’s not kept up to date for customers it serves no purpose. We think that even if there is nothing to report it would be good to keep it updated so that customers don’t think nothing is being done. There is no point having an app if it’s not kept updated.

We are extremely pleased with the service you have provided .I have moved on several occasions over the years but have never received such efficient, helpful ,prompt ,informative and friendly service from the initial phone call with Rhian to the dsy of completion .You really made the move go smoothly and took away the worry and stress .Katie was wonderful keeping us informed through the whole journey ..Considering the Covid situation and how difficult it has been not once have I had to chase or question what was going on .
