Three years of prevarications and still waiting

Over three years ago I had a cycling accident caused by an open and unprotected manhole
The Council's Maintenance team admitted a responsibility for causing a personal injury by leaving the manhole open and unprotected over which I somersaulted falling off my bike. My house insurance is with Admiral Insurance so it was sensible to use the Admiral Law services as offered under the terms of my insurance.
I could not have chosen a worse advocate. I have only had contact with the document handler via an online portal. The simple forms produced had repeated mistakes, there was no communication for months, there were randomly arranged visits to so called specialists, the response to my questions was either none or delayed after multiple remainders. The wrong documents were sent to me for signing, and they are still showing as not completed/signed on my account. This has dragged on up to the moment when the case could be Statue barred by the Court. So now the Court proceedings have been issued and apparently the other side is not responding.
To sum up : if the due diligence was applied to my case it could have been sorted out at a very little cost to all parties in less than a year. I am a pensioner, there is a possibility that I will not be around to see this case finished.
Please avoid this unreliable institution at all costs.

This company should not be allowed to trade!!

It's been nearly 3 years since we started out none fault claim. After 2 cars crashed into our stationary vehicle. They don't even bother to read our messages, we never get a reply. I'm self employed and have to employ more people to carry out my duties, I have to live in constant pain. I pay a high premium for this kind of unprofessional service. I will be surprised if this company does not go bankrupt before our claim is settled.

Shocking

It 3 years since my accident and they do nothing, you have to chase them to get them to do there job.
Mine was a simply injury claim where I was stationary and rammed from behind and the other party admitted fault, do not use this company if you can, truly shocking, they will fold by the time I ever receive compensation.

Delays and incompetence.

Between the months of delays they have a habit of giving incorrect advice. Got Steven morris telling me my time off work was supported by medical evidence and then I’m told by someone else it’s not. Told interim payments aren’t a thing, then told I am. Seriously, go somewhere else.

Absolute joke

If I could give this company zero stars it would be zero x10. Absolutely joke of a company. All the positive reviews on here for admiral law must be fake because I have never ever received such shocking service. I’ve contacted the financial ombudsman twice about admiral and both times my claim seemed to move on abit but then comes to a holt again. Accident was June 2022 it is now August 2024 and still no near getting resolved. I’ve had to fill in forms and forms repeating myself several times to different “case workers” messages go months without being looked at despite their agreement stating they aim to respond within 5 working days. Absolute lies. I’d be embarrased to say I worked for admiral and as soon as my insurance ends I’ll be looking elsewhere. I’ll be contacting the ombudsman again tomorrow. I feel this is the companies aim to take ages with these claims so the claimant potentially gives up and then it’s all forgotten about. As simple as my claim is you think admiral would want their payment to….

NEVER USE!

It's been almost 2 and a half years since my non fault accident and still no phycological help, despite complaining and having a doctor's and phycologists interview over the phone last year I have received no help and am struggling to cope, I had a phone call from someone called Taylor saying that they would arrange for me to have counselling over 3 weeks ago and still, nothing, not worth the money, I so wish I had chosen another solicitor, they have an online chat system which they rearly check and take ages to reply to you

Abysmal company

Avoid using this company! I had an accident 2 years ago and my claim has not been settled. The service I have recieved is atrocious. Communication is slow and unresponsive.I haven't heard from them since April despite messaging them several times on the online portal.
This whole process has been unnecessarily dragged out.

Worst solicitors ever. Do not use!!!

Worst solicitors ever! They have been dealing with a totally simple case from 2 years. They do not respond to messages for weeks, lost documents… each time only a small progress is made after a complaint. Horrible company!!!

DO NOT USE

The good reviews on trust pilot are fake and I wish I knew that. I had an accident over two years ago which hasn't been settled. My claims still ongoing it hasn't been settled still so I have been left out of pocket paying for my own treatments/ car. And I’ve just been given another two new case handler who rarely even reply to emails. I don't think my claim will ever be settled.

Not fit for purpose

Referred to them after a road accident by my insurance company. Like many law abiding citizens, I pay extra for legal cover but it is not fit for purpose. The accident was Sept 2022. Admiral Law lost the case for first 4 months! It was only after I enquired on the progress they admitted their failing. No further near to a resolution in Jan 2024.
Appalling communication, passed from one agent (could be a chat bot as no names ever provided in writing for accountability) to another asking for the same information. Did not obtain accident details from insurer. Takes weeks to months to get a response. They claim to call you when they don't, so they can update their records with attempts to communicate with client.

AVOID if you want your legal case resolved professionally and efficiently.
