Professional, clear, calm and experienced.

I always use Kay at Gareth Webb as she is so experienced, sharp and communicative. I have purchased, remortgaged, and sold properties over the last 10 years as well as applied for licence of works from
freeholders, each time Kay sorted things out for me making sure I was looked after.
I have never been made to feel like any concern or question was too much and her and her team have always managed communication and my expectations well.
Lastly, but importantly- this team are true conveyancers who are not looking to rip you off at any opportunity. Fees and costs have always been layed out and reasonable.
Very grateful for the timely work.
