Excellent service from Mhairi
Mhairi handled the conveyancing for the sale of Julie's late fathers bungalow. Throughout the process which was complicated by a land registry restriction, she provided great communication at every stage. She was friendly, professional and always responded to any issue promptly and clearly. We would willingly use Gareth Webb in future.

Excellent, friendly and efficient service
We instructed Gareth Webb to support us through the purchase of our house following a recommendation and their quote was also the most reasonable after contacting several solicitors. Mhairi was friendly, approachable and picked up the phone every time to answer our questions, nothing was too much trouble. Mhairi always replied quickly to emails and processed documents in a timely manner, making this process as quick and efficient as possible.
