Katy qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in March 2006, having studied by distance learning whilst working as a secretary/assistant in a conveyancing department in a small local firm. She gained the Probate Practitioner qualification also by distance learning in March 2010.

Great Service
"I felt very comfortable working with Katy to handle all the paperwork related to the purchase of a commercial property. Initially, I initialy found the frequency of communication to be challenging, but after expressing my concerns, Katy explained the time it may take to process each steps and greatly improved in this area. She took the time to explain every step in detail, which helped me a lot. I found Katy is very approachable and understandable. I highly recommend her services."

Excellent Service

Can’t speak highly enough of Katy Mickler, absolutely fantastic!
This is the second time we’ve instructed Gareth Webb with our Conveyancing and both times have been with Katy Mickler. I cannot recommend Katy highly enough, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. First class service from start to finish, great communication - always answered emails the same day but usually within the hour, was available to drop off/pick up documents, nothing was too much trouble, honest, efficient, the help and advice she gave was fantastic, and she helped push through the sale and buying of a house within 12 weeks.

Great service
