Berensens LLP acted for me on a purchase of a property - my first. Scott from the Taunton branch and his team kept me informed throughout. I was given a direct contact with Scott which was very reassuring. All my urgent enquiries were dealt with my Scott and his team in a timely manner. I was encouraged by my solicitor to remain informed throughout and had things explained in a way which as someone who has no legal experience - allowed me to do so. When discussing particular circumstances, my solicitor was able to offer me sound advice for me to arrive at my own informed conclusions. I would definitely use Berensens again at the point of purchasing or selling another property and would recommend others to do so. Paul Ashcroft has dealt with an injury I had when I was knocked off my bike and sustained several injuries. I was off work for a month or so, but mad a good recovery. Overall Paul and the office were very efficient and professional in the way they dealt with the claim. This made the whole experience less stressful for me. I was kept informed all along the way of the progress of the claim. Which can be complicated at times. I would recommend their services. Many thanks

We Found them to be very efficient and helpful. Happy to explain everything clearly, glossing over nothing. To say they were pro active is an understatement in a world where most businesses or departments just ignore you these guys are often the ones chasing you to keep things moving along. In my experience a rare quality. We ended up with a successful claim for compensation which will fund dads new knee just nicely.
