These guys are on it and for the right reasons.

We Found them to be very efficient and helpful. Happy to explain everything clearly, glossing over nothing. To say they were pro active is an understatement in a world where most businesses or departments just ignore you these guys are often the ones chasing you to keep things moving along. In my experience a rare quality. We ended up with a successful claim for compensation which will fund dads new knee just nicely.

If you need a solicitor, Paul is the guy!

My husband was sadly involved in a workplace accident causing significant injury both physically and mentally. We instructed Paul (after contacting many different solicitors) because he was so caring and passionate about what he does and he explained everything fully, answering all questions with depth. He made us feel at ease about the process throughout and always pushed for a result. We were successful and it wouldn't have happened without Paul and his team. This review is for a different branch.

Berensens LLP acted for me on a purchase of a property - my first. Scott from the Taunton branch and his team kept me informed throughout. I was given a direct contact with Scott which was very reassuring. All my urgent enquiries were dealt with my Scott and his team in a timely manner. I was encouraged by my solicitor to remain informed throughout and had things explained in a way which as someone who has no legal experience - allowed me to do so. When discussing particular circumstances, my solicitor was able to offer me sound advice for me to arrive at my own informed conclusions. I would definitely use Berensens again at the point of purchasing or selling another property and would recommend others to do so. A big thanks again to Scott, Hayley and Victoria for all of your help and support!
