The service we received from Tea, was excellent especially as first time buyers!
Her fee is competitive when you compare the shambles trying to communicate with a large, faceless online conveyancer.

Being first time buyer I have no idea from where to start. My mortgage broker adviced to contact Tea, since then until I get my first house Tea has done fantastic job. Tea didn't take more than one hour to reply on any queries. Tea called me and explained how the process will go through. Tea is best for anyone looking to buy a property. Well done to my wonderful solicitor who helped us as a first time buyer to search deep into the property we bought and picked out some errors which helped in the reduction of the price of the property.
