What began as a normal conveyancing transaction became rather more challenging due to the person with whom we shared the freehold. Andrew and Sophie worked endlessly to sort out all of the issues raised, with unbelievable patience, and we eventually achieved completion. They were honest about the situation at all times, but made suggestions as to how we overcame certain issues and kept matters in perspective. We are very grateful for their help and assistance.

My grandma did not know which solicitors she wanted to go to for her Will but was so happy with JONATHAN EDWARDS @MANBY BOWDLER she said he explained the costs and all her questions so she understood really well and did not rush her.

When selling her house she went back to MANBY BOWDLER and had the same professional service from LOUISE COLEBY

My sister is a lawyer but as we are family we can’t go to her law firm so to update my parents WILL they went to JONATHAN EDWARDS again they where very pleased with the service and advice they had and my sister said they are a great firm.

My grandma had read the great reviews about manby bowdler she wanted me to let them know how pleased she was as well.

I have previously used FBCMB for my company sale and in light of that experience I had no hesitation in instructing them again for our house sale and was so glad we had. Their level of professionalism and courtesy was second to none, balanced with a friendly, approachable manner. Emails and queries were very promptly responded to. Despite the sellers solicitor hampering the deal FBMCB got us there with their dedication and determination. Thanks in particular to Adam Opperman at the Telford branch for making what was a very stressful time bearable with his support. Also thanks to Julie and Tina. I would more than happily recommend this company’s services and have done so on a few occasions already.
