We approached FBC Manby Bowdler to update our wills. We received a timely appointment with Robert Poulsen, who was extremely clear and thorough in ascertaining our wishes and explaining how best these could be incorporated into our wills. Mr Poulsen was at all times approachable and friendly, as well as extremely professional. He suggested options which would be beneficial but at no time put us under pressure to accept these if we did not feel we wanted to. The draft wills were prepared promptly and Mr Poulsen clarified a number of questions we had with patience and clarity. We had to cancel an appointment for family reasons but this was quickly rearranged. The preparation and signing of the final wills was also timely and well-organised. We were very pleased with the high standards of advice, approachability and speed and accuracy of the process.

We dealt with approachable, friendly staff who were available when needed. Having a direct line to an actual person was invaluable,even when asking the smallest question. There was always a quick response to queries. Given that I live a considerable distance from the office in Wolverhampton, every effort was made to take this into consideration. Your drop down menu only gives me the opportunity to name Hayley Griffiths but Kate Goode and Sophie Eardley were invaluable in this process and were the smiling face and cheery voice that we dealt with most.
