Very happy with service at end. Glitch we had were in the first 10 weeks of our house sale commencing-as we had heard nothing after 10 weeks, thinking all was going well, I contacted your firm and our Estate Agents asking for an update. I was informed that the buyers had had their initial mortgage application turned down but had now been accepted on a new one. If we had been told this some weeks earlier we would have kept our house on the market. I did feel very frustrated at this and although your firm said they couldn’t contact the buyers solicitors I managed to do this and pass on the details to yourselves after one phone call. We had hoped the sale would have gone through by the end of June as sale of house had been agreed in February 2024 - unfortunately due to this delay this didn’t happen till the middle of August.
