Elizabeth was fantastic. She acted quickly and efficiently on my behalf, securing exactly the outcome me and my children needed, under very stressful circumstances. She always responded within a couple of hours with any advice I needed, preventing me from ever feeling overwhelmed or alone.

Elizabeth was extremely supportive understanding knowledgable and honest. Met any deadlines that were needed but also realistic in supporting my end goal. This was all done throughout lockdown and we never had a face to face meeting yet we were able to achieve a good result due to great communication.
