I employ 40 people and have been a client of the Alpha program with Martin-Kaye for over 10 years. I cannot praise this scheme enough. HR problems always seem to appear from nowhere and the Martin-Kaye team have always been immediately available by phone with clear professional advise. If an HR problem has proved tricky they are able to advise and hand hold in a straight forward and simple to understand manner until a resolution is achieved. The Alpha HR program is quite simply excellent.
