lack of caring and sympathy.

If you want a solicitor who feels for their clients don`t bother with this one. I asked for a copy of my recently deceased wife`s will and was refused on company policy. I was promised a copy of both our wills when they were drawn up and waited months and nothing came. I phoned three times asking for copies and still nothing. We were married for fifty years and I am devastated. I can`t move forward without a copy for the insurance company. I am a disabled pensioner and do not need all this hassle at this time. How would you feel? I`m being punished for their inefficiency. What a world.

Appointed this company to carry out probate for my late uncle. No communication from Will Williams following initial consultation. Did not answer emails or return calls. I would avoid this company at all costs. In the end had to instruct Red Kite solicitors to carry out the work

I would suggest researching other companies. I myself have had a very bad experience. Hidden costs, non-transparent from the start and very difficult when it came to communicating my issues. Surely the firm will have a response to protect their integrity, although I was not treated correctly and won't be using again.

Janet at Richard Thomas in Brecon was absolutely superb when it came to helping with the purchase of our new home. Her realistic and straight to point advice and guidance really helped us to understand the buying process. On every telephone call, email and letter Janet gave us the confidence that we'd selected the correct solicitor.
