Very happy with the service provided. Solicitor who dealt with was friendly, and completely put us at ease. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, giving us plenty of time to ask questions and repeating anything we didn't understand.
Cost quoted was what we ended up paying which was quite reasonable.

Very happy with the whole process, very professional while at the same time explained in simple terms I could understand. Did everything with my husbands probate, all I had to was sign. Already recommended my mother to do her Will with Emma, and Power of Attorney, once that is done, I will then stay with RLE Law to do my Will.

Friendly service but slow
I was disappointed my new Will took two months, especially as it was a few minor changes to my existing Will with RLE Law. I also had to chase it after a month to be asked if I had received the draft - which I hadn't. Meanwhile, I had emailed a senior partner about the delay and again I was disappointed not to receive an acknowledgement at least.

Can't even begin to express my complete disappointment with this company. They are dreadful. Avoid at all cost. Apart from the fact that they sent very sensitive personal information of mine to a third party email address on at least 3 occasions they were painfully slow & professionally negligent on all levels. I complained & was ignored. I really would avoid.

Absolutely rubbish. 2 years since we purchased land and still ongoing. They are now trying to charge us extra as costs have gone up since they priced their so called services. Not happening. Still waiting to gain the final documents. Lol. What a joke!!!
