Not very good, considering their in such a profession.

Never answered the phone, so always had to go to the shop. Sent out wrong documents on numerous occasions and didn't notice until i informed them. Blamed me for not filling in forms which delayed the sale of my house but they sent the wrong forms. Had attitude on the phone more than once. Left a lot of things until the last minute which needed to be sent to them weeks before but my family and i wasn't informed.

Poor service in dealing with probate estate

There has been a lack of communication, incorrect papework sent to banks, missed accounts, fees well over last estimate and a great turnaround of staff.
I would advise against using them

Poor start redeemed

My family have used RLE Law for over 40 years and had the deeds to the property for sale. It took a long time to get a response to my request for someone to deal with a simple conveyancing process. After two months of difficulties contacting the office and solicitor I put in a complaint. Subsequently a new conveyancer was appointed and the matter took the usual 8 weeks for completion. The new conveyancer was responsive and dealt with the matters swiftly and efficiently.

Can't even begin to express my complete disappointment with this company. They are dreadful. Avoid at all cost. Apart from the fact that they sent very sensitive personal information of mine to a third party email address on at least 3 occasions they were painfully slow & professionally negligent on all levels. I complained & was ignored. I really would avoid.

Absolutely rubbish. 2 years since we purchased land and still ongoing. They are now trying to charge us extra as costs have gone up since they priced their so called services. Not happening. Still waiting to gain the final documents. Lol. What a joke!!!
