Had to go to another solicitor service so bad
He took us on as clients to manage a discharge of mortgage deed really straightforward, handed in necessary paperwork and gave him a call approx 6 weeks later as hadn’t heard anything told us he had backlog and initial paperwork just getting prepared then felt very abrupt on phone, called again approx 2 weeks later to ensure paperwork sent and no issues to find out he hadn’t done any paperwork at all. went straight to another solicitor who had paperwork sorted in under a week with great communication.
