Innes Laing went the extra mile for me

This review is for a different branch.

Totally appreciate the extra effort Innes went to in retrieving me allowable reports on my mother's death.
With also having legal knowledge of whom I may ask next, for more information! That titled next of kin are meant to communicate to siblings.....
The information I received means more than the financial compensation in my mind!
Crossing the t's and dotting the i's.
All the little things covered. As my mum did.
Thank you for helping me fully finish this sad chapter before I move on to the next.

I had the pleasure of meeting Brian at the Digby Brown Dundee office after experiencing a car accident while I was pregnant, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Although our communication was through telephone and email, Brian's calming and reassuring demeanor made a significant difference during a challenging time.

He took the time to listen to my concerns and ensured I felt supported throughout the entire process. Brian's expertise and professionalism shone through as he guided me through the claims process, handling all the details with care and efficiency.

I was particularly impressed by his ability to communicate complex legal matters clearly, which helped me feel informed and confident in the decisions being made. Thanks to Brian's hard work and dedication, my claim was settled efficiently, relieving me of a great deal of stress.

If you find yourself in need of legal assistance, especially during a sensitive time, I wholeheartedly recommend Brian at Digby Brown. He is not only a brilliant lawyer but also a calming presence at a very stressful time.

I am very happy with the service I recieved digby brown. They dealt with everything and always checked in to see how I was on the weeks after the car crash I was in. Would highly reccomend them.
