Innes Laing went the extra mile for me

Totally appreciate the extra effort Innes went to in retrieving me allowable reports on my mother's death.
With also having legal knowledge of whom I may ask next, for more information! That titled next of kin are meant to communicate to siblings.....
The information I received means more than the financial compensation in my mind!
Crossing the t's and dotting the i's.
All the little things covered. As my mum did.
Thank you for helping me fully finish this sad chapter before I move on to the next.

From start to finish on a very emotionally charged journey, Digby Browns incredible team just understood me and my journey: I mentioned early on, that I would cry a lot, need very little feedback/ updates, but that I would respond promptly to anything requires from me to aid my case/s.

My solicitor was professional, approachable, empathic and did everything she could to aid my case and sensitively keep me informed of my options . Just wonderful, above and beyond.

My advocate, was a no nonsense but sensitive practitioner who instilled my complete faith in his knowledge options and Frank discussion. Also his complete respect t in allowing me to reach decisions I was co politely comfortable with.

The clerical support within Digby Brown were so efficient courteous and caring, and professional at every stage of the process.

The whole team have ensured a life changing result for my family and me, within my boundaries and where I felt comfortable to go.

Thank you, sincerely, ultimately, nothing can change a horrible , life changing set of events, however...this wonderful team changed our outlook and our future...for which we are

Forever grateful

Very unsatisfied with the lawyer appointed by Digby brown in my case.. Disinterested in having my injuries re examined.. Saying I would personally have to pay for review. When meeting with the other insurers he called with their proposed settlement figure.. I was not satisfied with the figure and told him so..ans told him I would attend the court date.. And let the court decide.. He then said if I did not accept their pre court settlement figure Digby brown would withdraw their services.. And I would be personally liable for their costs... Even though I was on a no win no fee contract.. Totally disappointed in the poor service. Don't let fancy advertising fool you.. It's not that way.. In my case it seemed like the easiest way for them.. No concern for me
