Excellent service to update will

John Welsh had helped write our original will. We returned to them to update our will and provide advice on estate planning and LPAs. The advice we received was clear and thorough, and we were very pleased with the outcome. It gives us assurance that our family is now well provided for.

Efficient conveyancing from Kenneth Skinner.

Kenneth is obviously an experienced solicitor and well versed in explaining the process to his clients. He was efficient and it was generally easy to get to talk to him when advice was required or to check on the progress of the sale of our property. With no chains involved from either party, from accepting the buyers' offer to completion, took just 60 days.
