Settlement of Estate
Hayley Smith visited my parents to help them set up their wills a few years ago and plan for the transfer of their assets when they passed away. Sadly my father recently passed away but having Hayley help to settle my fathers estate made a huge difference

Professional and Accessible
As always our request for assistance was dealt with with clear explanations at every stage. We were preparing our Powers of Attorney with some trepidation but Haley guided us through making the process very straightforward. We would not use any other solicitor

Sorting out a big muddle
After the death of my mother in 2022.we was left with a big muddle of who owned which pieces of land.
And with Haley’s great legal knowledge we have managed to sort it out so we all know where we stand.this would not have been an easy task for her but we got there in the end
