Exceptional
Hayley was exceptional. I am so grateful for her efficiency, professional advice, timely communications and calm approach. There were delays in my sister’s estate due to complications with a legacy and Hayley made light work of these. Thank you!

Settlement of Estate
Hayley Smith visited my parents to help them set up their wills a few years ago and plan for the transfer of their assets when they passed away. Sadly my father recently passed away but having Hayley help to settle my fathers estate made a huge difference

Professional and Accessible
As always our request for assistance was dealt with with clear explanations at every stage. We were preparing our Powers of Attorney with some trepidation but Haley guided us through making the process very straightforward. We would not use any other solicitor
