Bruna offered me advice before my first family court hearing and this helped me to write a sucsessful position statement and proposal.
She was really attentive to the details I was giving her and advised me well. I felt as if she really heard me and understood the type of relationship I had with my ex.
She was focused on what was in my children's best interest and reasonable.
I used Brunas services again recently to help with my final statement and with a deadline of a week she managed to pull something out of the bag which helped end all pettiness that had arisen so far in the court room and made it completely about my children and what they deserve and need.
The magistrates could see the effort and time that had gone into my final statement and really took on board my wants for my children and ultimately helped me reach the outcome I was hoping for.

It’s been a total joy with work with Henrietta through a really tough time. She has been clear, supportive, gentle and been happy to listen at all times. After an experience with a solicitor that felt as though they didn’t have my back George was a breath of fresh air. Mine was a domestic abuse and property issue so emotions were high, George dealt with things professionally, outlined the options and advised the pros and cons of each situation. He was successful with the case and I would thoroughly recommend him.

From the start, George and his legal assistant Maria were outstanding. He gave me reassurance throughout. We laughed together, analysed together, he was not only by my side, but genuinely believed in mine and my children’s case. There isn’t another solicitor I’d ever consider, or use. George was Professional, knowledgeable, confident. Maria was sympathetic, empathetic and kind. These two kept me sane through a tough time.

I don't recommend this firm as family solicitors.
They promised me that they would look into my case and work to resolve it, but they failed to do so.
At the time of their involvement, they failed to appropriately address my concern and provide recommendations on what could have been done.
After paying lots of money to the firm, my family issue remains ongoing.

Awful. They acted on behalf of my ex husband in a very amicable divorce. His solicitor kept going off on ‘family business’ leaving no one to look after his case. This whole delay cost me, not him, but me a lot of money with the constant chasing her up.
I also find it hard to believe they are called ‘Family First’ when they act for the person who left the family - there is no consideration for the ‘family’ which is where the children are.
The money they took from me was money away from my children - the ‘family’.

Unfortunately, I have received a very unsatisfactory service with this law firm. Crucial documents and personal statements were filed late. Statements were extremely poorly written with numerous grammatical errors, which I had to painstakingly correct. No useful legal advice was given throughout. The solicitor was very passive and just happy to send me her bill for poor service. Retrospectively, I should have considered paying a bit more but for better quality service.

I received advice from Jenny Warriner on a family related litigation and had the best experience ever (in particular compared to a few solicitors from other practices over the last year). Jenny's professionalism, communication and advice have been unparalleled. She has been highly efficient and straight to the point during the consultations, absolute pleasure to work with and if it wasn't her, I doubt I would have achieved a positive hearing outcome that I had at the final hearing.
