Placed into an unknown world and a newish process of single solicitor divorce we both coming from an amicable position came across family first solicitors and for the small amount of money for an initial conversation we're able to both chat freely our concerns. In an open arena the legal framework was explained in a most friendly and helpful a manner as could be expected. At no time were either party's left unaware of the path of travel.
Never knowing at the time whether you've done right or wrong we both gave Ursula our trust. From the first meeting the situation was handled in a most professional manner and all the form filling and tedious legal documentation was being handled whilst we in our alloted sessions were guided together in an open honest conversation to be able to supply Ursula the required information to achieve an outcome. As a doubter to legal workings when the time came for court approval I was pleasantly surprised that the financil settlement and divorce went through with no problem which can only be given praise to the solicitor in the preparation to the court.
In a nutshell if a couple genuinely can work amicably work together this solicitor is proof you can achieve a straight forward very cost effective divorce whilst working in a friendly environment.
I think we had no more than 3 meetings in total to achieve a result from a difficult situation. After hearing from other people's desperate divorce experiences this most certainly was not.
