Connor White assisted me with the sale of my house. Unfortunately for him he had to pick up half way through a very difficult and complex sale, but fortunately for me he is incredibly skilled, and professional and comes with buckets of expertise, and most importantly patience. He took the time to explain everything to me in plain English which also came with the detail I required to navigate all the options. He is dedicated, responsive and worked incredibly hard to get the sale over the line. I couldn't be more grateful. Thanks again!

I recently used Bower Bailey Solicitors and dealt with Joshua Smith. He was very professional, calm and had great attention to every detail the whole way - and this did go on a long time! I felt very confident that he was doing the best he could for me under very difficult circumstances and will definitely be recommending him to my friends.

I have used Joshua Smith (specifically) at Bower Bailey twice now for tricky property sales and he has proven himself to be a complete bloodhound among his legal peers.
He made two extremely stressful situations very easy to overcome, but more importantly for me he was communicative and proactive every step of the way.

Victoria has been dealing with my complex property issue which involved negotiations with mortgage lender over title split, certification on deeds of trust, release of security & redemption of mortgage . She also dealt with land registry, local planning authority, selling agent & buyers, all in the shadow of threatened legal action from my mortgage lender, which caused intolerable stress & anxiety to us.
She was very understanding, compassionate & empathetic of my situation. She took ownership of all the issues, working with great care, methodically & diligently throughout. Furthermore, she has guided me on to the next stage of my ongoing dealings, all above & beyond her brief. Her attitude & disposition have been a great comfort & support during this awful period. Connor white is spot on
Connor white had 2 weeks to carry out my remortgage with lendco before I was in default on my bridge. In the back of my mind I thought I was doomed....however Connor from day one was firing me emails and requirements of what was needed and actioned them quickly. I cannot be grateful enough for Connors urgency on the matter. He really went above and beyond. Id highly recommend the firm and Connor. Thank you

Great professional service
Conor Ducie and his team provided a very professional service in the sale of my apartment in North Oxford. I particularly valued the advice when matters outside our control did not run to plan.
