I first used Bower and Bailey, conveyancing services in 1982, Having been more than satisfied with the service I then received, I have now used this firm again, in 2020/21, for both house sale and purchase transactions. Several members of my family have also been buying and selling houses during the same period so we have conferred on our differing experiences. Every telephone call was answered and put through immediately to the solicitor with conduct of my business. Although I expect he must have been handling many other clients' work, he gave immediate answers and advice, never having to pause to find my files, and demonstrating total command of all facts, correspondence, activities of the other Parties and progress.
