I spoke with Beth & James at Hedges Law about a property dispute I was having with my neighbour, they were friendly, understanding and clear in their instructions, they gave me the best possible advise on my situation and although I wasn't able to take them up on official capacity still checked in with me later on to make sure I didn't nned anything eles. They were never pushy or spent any time trying to get me to take up services. I would 100% reccomend reaching out to this great firm if you need legal help, I know where i'll be going in future if I am in need of their services again.

Very happy with the service Uzma, and the conveyancing team at Hedges, provided to me recently with the purchase of my home. I was very pleased that they make a donation to Homeless Oxfordshire for each completed sale. I will certainly be using Hedges again for my legal matters.

I contacted Hedges to discuss a lease extension, which in context of current changes to legislation is a complex area. Setting the call up proved a little challenging because of diaries but the administrator persevered with consistent good cheer. The call itself was enormously helpful. Information and insight was shared unstintingly, I did not feel pressured to commit to any decision or to using Hedges and the solution agreed on for next steps was both pragmatic and unselfish ! Would definitely recommend.

Great experience with Uzma Archer

We cannot thank Uzma enough for her incredible support and professionalism throughout the purchase of our first home. It was a long and sometimes challenging process, but Uzma was there every step of the way, ensuring everything moved forward smoothly. Her wonderful communication skills made a world of difference—she was always clear, responsive, and patient in addressing our questions and concerns. We truly felt supported and in safe hands. We engaged Hedges' services to assist us with a dispute involving my Father's estate. This was a particularly difficult time for both myself and my family and we found Hedges to be understanding, helpful and above all, professional. We dealt with Claire initially and then principally Ella. Both were friendly and understanding of our situation, however they never lost focus and gave us realistic advice throughout the process. We would not hesitate in recommending Hedges to anyone in need of legal assistance or advice.

Yasmine advised and supported with a change of name via deed poll for my two children. Given the complexity and amount of different documents and one failed attempt to do it myself, I knew I needed advice!

Tina and Tracy at Hedges Solicitors assisted with the recent purchase of a flat. Friendly, fully professional and they kept me informed along a lengthy process. Very thorough - Tina picked up an assessment that had not been covered previously by other buyers solicitors. My only negative would be the quote for services was less than I finally paid but the process took longer than originally expected which was out of their control. I would not hesitate to use Hedges solicitors again.

This is my third time using Hedges for conveyancing, I exchanged contracts today. Saima is my solicitor, she’s incredible, on the purchase where I’d have bought it if it was falling down, she did her job properly even though all I wanted was the keys! On a more relaxed purchase, she kept me informed, did a thorough job and it was an absolute pleasure. She understood what mattered to me and she managed to somehow do her job whilst I was snapping and stressing and fussing, I can tell she takes pride in her work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. When I bought this time around, I didn’t even bother with other quotes, I’ve found someone I really trust. Thank you Saima and team!
