We engaged Hedges' services to assist us with a dispute involving my Father's estate. This was a particularly difficult time for both myself and my family and we found Hedges to be understanding, helpful and above all, professional. We dealt with Claire initially and then principally Ella. Both were friendly and understanding of our situation, however they never lost focus and gave us realistic advice throughout the process. We would not hesitate in recommending Hedges to anyone in need of legal assistance or advice.

Yasmine advised and supported with a change of name via deed poll for my two children. Given the complexity and amount of different documents and one failed attempt to do it myself, I knew I needed advice!

When we had our interview with Peter at your Banbury Road office, he put us at ease from the start and we told him what we wanted and the procedures were very well explained. Our instructions were then entered onto our new wills and sent to us for signatures. Overall our experience was excellent.

Contentious issue re inheritance

My family & myself had the misfortune to find out that our uncle's estate had been claimed under dubious circumstances by someone not entitled to it. Ella & her team worked tirelessly to get my family back the money& although this took almost 6 months the Team were ever vigilant re costs & I was most impressed with the advice recieved.

I contacted Hedges regarding adverse possession. I had previously consulted another firm, but didn’t feel that I received adequate information. Exhausting Probate Dispute but comforted by the genuine empathy

not often in life do you come across solicitors who show genuine empathy for your situation when dealing with what was an emotionally exhausting ordeal in securing my rightful inheritance. Despite the untruths in responses and intentional delays caused by the Executors Ella and Claire in return they pushed through to a resolution deciphering the wood from trees.

Where we had lost all hope our faith in humanity was once again restored !

Tina and Tracy at Hedges Solicitors assisted with the recent purchase of a flat. Friendly, fully professional and they kept me informed along a lengthy process. Very thorough - Tina picked up an assessment that had not been covered previously by other buyers solicitors. My only negative would be the quote for services was less than I finally paid but the process took longer than originally expected which was out of their control. I would not hesitate to use Hedges solicitors again.

This is my third time using Hedges for conveyancing, I exchanged contracts today. Saima is my solicitor, she’s incredible, on the purchase where I’d have bought it if it was falling down, she did her job properly even though all I wanted was the keys! On a more relaxed purchase, she kept me informed, did a thorough job and it was an absolute pleasure. She understood what mattered to me and she managed to somehow do her job whilst I was snapping and stressing and fussing, I can tell she takes pride in her work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. When I bought this time around, I didn’t even bother with other quotes, I’ve found someone I really trust. Thank you Saima and team!
