Purchase of a Property

Blandy & Blandy, and in particular Karen Pratt, was recommended to us by an estate agent. What a great recommendation that turn out to be! I’m so pleased we appointed this her to act for us - she is helpful, efficient, clear with communication and thoroughly professional. We seldom deal with legal matters and it was reassuring to be in such good hands! We will definitely be using this firm again in future.

Excellent service in Residential Conveyancing

Manisha explained the process and the costs upfront. She pointed out to me the administrative things I would need to deal with. Manisha responded immediately to my email questions. When an unusual question arose, Manisha spoke with another expert within the firm and resolved it straight away. Manisha acknowledged receipt of funds as soon as they arrived. Manisha kept me updated with progress, and resolved all my queries.

Hugely helpful solicitors!

Tasha Bevan-Stewart greatly helped me with a stressful, and highly emotive, issue happening in my life at the time. Tasha took the time to listen and understand and she advised me so well following that. Things I didn’t understand, Tasha would explain well and with patience and understanding. She reassured me throughout and, as a result, has given me clarity and strength whilst reaching a solution within a small timeframe. Tasha is so professional and guided me through the process, I will always be so grateful for this following such a stressful time.

I have used few Solicitors in last few years. Blandy & Blandy really stands out. Most important thing what we look for in conveyancing is when we pick the phone someone to answer your query, I give 10/10 to Blandy & Blandy on this point. Another observation from my side is time my solicitor spent to answer my questions, I haven't see this in any others I have used in the past. He was very detailed in answering my queries, never rushed me or made me feel that I am taking his time. My sincere thanks to Stephen.
I will surely use them in future, I will recommend them too. 5 stars are too less to endorse my satisfaction.

May I just say, what a wonderful professional service Blandy&Blandy have provided to me throughout my divorce. Professionalism at its highest. For me Tasha Bevan Stewart has shone in representing me, she has been efficient and has left no stone unturned in producing the results, in which I felt I so deserved. She is a great asset to Blandy’s and highly recommended.
Thank you Blandy&Blandy and thank you Tasha. P.s the juniors were also very helpful too, and will have good futures ahead of them in Blandy’s safe hands.
