Both the solicitor who handled my requirement and Reception (in the Wokingham) office were helpful at all times. In particular, I was impressed with the Senior Soliter and the additional advice she gave me, which I didn't know (until she brought them up) that it would be good for me to keep in mind!

Great Orginaisation, communication and friendly for house move

Pam was fantastic in dealing with our house move. We purchased a new build which created some added challenges, but Pam guided us through them all. She was always happy to help with any queries we had and dealt with everything in a proffessional and efficient manner.

A smooth buying experience as a first time buyer

My solicitor, Pam, has been most helpful in the whole purchase process. She makes sure correspondences are communicated in a timely manner, both with myself, seller's solicitor, and the property agent. She is also easily available to answer my questions related to the purchase, processes and the legality of different items via direct communication channels. Naturally, as a first time buyer, everything in the process is new and overwhelming, but Pam manages to make the process as easy as possible, and ensures my legal interests are well covered.

I have used Blandy & Blandy many times over the last 10 years for various legal requirements. This time was for my house sale. I first had a meeting with the solicitor Pam and I was given the details of how much it will cost for her to represent me regarding my house sale. Everything was explained to me at the initial meeting in detail regarding expected timescale to completion, possible questions from the buyers legal team etc. During the process I had a further meeting with Pam just to put my mind at ease regarding my responses to my buyers legal team questions, basically to explain all the jargon! I was happy over all with how my house sale progressed apart from the pressure put on me by the buyers legal team for me to commit to a completion date. I mention this as Pam was superb and dealt with it in a professional but firm way. I was fully updated through out completion day and everything went as planned. So thank you Pam & Blandy & Blandy.
