Manisha from Blandy & Blandy provided me (FTB) with excellent conveyancing service for my share of freehold purchase. As a first-time buyer I have few comparisons to make, but I was really happy with the clarity of what was needed from me when and with Manisha's responsiveness to all of my questions including those with a bit of first-time-buyer paranoia sprinkled on top. I would have given a 6 star if it was available. Blandy and Blandy did not only provide the service. They supported me all the way through my divorce process. Everyone was very professional. However, I must say Claire Clarke was absolutely amazing and she sure is an asset to the organisation.

(1) Initial correspondence consisted on numerous PDF documents that could not be completed on-line. Each one had to be printed out, completed with pen and ink, packaged up and taken to a post office to be sent by the signed for service. This is 2024 not 1924!!
(2) The process started in July 2024. Numerous documents were received which required my review but all were sent together towards the end of the process in October 2024 (even though one of the documents was dated August 2024) placing me under significant time pressure to review the documents in time to meet the proposed completion date.
Other than the above, Natasha Hood was always very patient in explaining certain legal issues and in general was contactable and did return calls although on one occasion I did receive a message saying her mail box was full.
