Avoid using Hawley and Rodgers i had a very bad experience with them and would not want anyone else to be treated the way I have been. They do not care about their clients and have no empathy for someone's situation.

Michelle and her team in the conveyancing department, as well as Niall, from corporate and commercial, are simply outstanding. I would highly recommend them: professional, meticulous, and genuinely committed to seeing your case through to completion.
I had a particularly tricky set of sales involving a complex legal issue, and the entire team at Hawley and Rodgers was brilliant. They went to bat on my behalf, ensuring my interests were fully represented at every stage.
Thanks to their efforts and dedication, the case was successfully resolved—something that simply wouldn’t have been possible without them.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have recently used Hawley and Rodgers which I can highly recommend. Thank you to Michelle which provided us with an excellent service. We were always kept updated throughout the process, she was extremely communicative, professional and very efficient.

Do not use these solicitors under any circumstances. They have made so many mistakes, had so many delays and cost me a lot of money and time. It's almost like they go out their way to cause you problems and cost you money.

These solicitors (Loughborough)need to get their act together, as they are appalling. We had to wait as a family for an excessive amount of time for monies due to us. They regularly avoided contact with us, would not speak on the phone, and ignored e-mails. I really don't know how they continue in business. I would never ever use them again, and would certainly not recommend.

Absolutely shocking. I honestly do not know how Hawley & Rodgers manage to stay in business. My sale consisting of no chain took far longer than expected. I appreciate that delays can happen but the lack of correspondence or agreed updates was well below satisfactory. I believe that the delayed timescale was due to incompetence at Hawley & Rodgers. I was shown emails from the buyers solicitors proving that questions I was only just being asked (after I made contact with with H&R) had been sent weeks earlier to Charley. Luckily I was speaking directly with my buyer who was able to pass on important information to allow the sale to continue. On top of the poor service throughout, my invoice is more than my original quote. I am now trying to dispute this and Louise or Charley refuse to take my phonecalls. AVOID!

Mr England is a pleasant and knowledgeable man but don’t be fooled by appearances. His advice led to a prolonged court battle which cost me a small fortune and didn’t get a better outcome, in fact it actually made things much worse for my children. He’s rarely available when you call the office, he doesn’t always respond to emails, appears to be ‘tied up in court’ constantly and is generally unavailable. This increases costs and creates delays. He also stank of cigarette smoke constantly.
