When I realised I was in danger of losing my licence I was very anxious.
Looked online for a solicitors and Forrest Williams Ltd came up. From the second Lucy answered the call and proceeded to offer advice and support I knew this firm was the right fit for me.
Even before I instructed them, Lucy was replying to my emails and offering me an immense amount of support.
I was really nervous for the hearing however I had a strong case for extreme hardship. Lucy guided me on the statements required so I felt happier as I was fully prepared.
I managed to keep my licence which is a huge relief.
I cannot thank Lucy and Steven enough.

I can’t praise Forrest Williams enough. Every single member of the team is understanding, kind and helpful. I never felt like my questions were seen as trivial or unimportant, I also never felt rushed when I had a question.
Most importantly they empathise with your case and help you understand confusing legal jargon. They really do have your best interests as their core ethos!
They made sure I was comfortable before my case. Provided me with everything I could need and gave me an excellent service.
If anyone ever needs legal representation, I will always point them to Forrest Williams.

We started Forrest Williams in 2009 because we wanted to be different. We took a positive decision not to be limited by the service Legal Aid allows, where the government decide how much work on a case and how much support is appropriate. We understand that every case and every client are different – some people are very able to cope and will be happy to trust their case to us with minimal involvement, while others will require a tremendous amount of support and involvement that Legal Aid simply cannot provide. We are a niche practice, we only deal in areas of law that we are passionate about and where we are able to offer an expert service. We have no desire to become a large, high volume practice. We want to be able to offer all of our clients a personal bespoke service. Our clients are different too, they are not repeat offenders or career criminals. Unlike other criminal practices we do not seek to attract those sort of clients. Our clients have normally never been in trouble before, they are unfamiliar with the legal process and do not want to instruct a large practice where they will just be another number. Our clients value the personal service, and hold us to high standards that we are proud to meet and exceed.
