Forrest Williams Legal Ltd were outstanding from first point of contact to liasing with Oliver via email ( I am based in Scotland). Excellent Service
I was really impressed with the professionalism of every person I spoke with. Oliver in particular was responsive, empathetic, knowledgeable, came across experienced and put me at ease. He was the first person I spoke to when contacting the firm and immediately felt confident and at ease instructing them. Every person that handled my case, from the assistants up to the barrister were great. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Amazing Service

Exceptional hardship application

unbelievable result
Going back to july 2023 last year when i first contacted Oliver Pinnack-Cook regarding my totting up of speeding fine points. He was consistance with our communication all the way through and always stressed it was not only him working on the case and that he had a team behind him also, we exchanged so mant emails and telephone calls. He even vetted my four references for the court and he alway stressed that this was not going to be easy. On the day of the court hearing I met Steve ''the magician" who representing me in court. Put me at ease and went through the proceedure with me, also telling me we had a 50/50 chance of success. His court manner and timing was unbelievable. I was given another chance to drive without a 6 month ban - Thankyou to everbody

Speeding Offence
So glad to have a solicitor in court with me that specialises in speeding offences. It pays to have someone who knows about the law.

Helped me to avoid a driving ban
Due to a change in local by-laws, the speeding limit in Central London decreased to 20mph from 30mph in May 2023. I fell foul of this change four times in three days, incurring four fines and 12 penalty points, before I received my first fine letter. This meant I could not learn from my experience and modify my driving speed until I had received all four speeding fines. Forrest Williams Legal helped me to rescind one of the speeding offences, which reduced my penalty points to nine, avoided the need for a court case, and meant I could continue to drive my car without the interruption of a six-month ban.
