Fantastic help in a tricky situation

Jonathan and Catriona were both incredibly helpful in resolving what was, to put it mildly, a very difficult situation. Their years of experience and knowledge of family law, helped ensure the best outcome possible. Their communication was friendly, honest, efficient and informative.

The lawyers you won’t regret working with

I have been in family courts for 1.5 years and had an extremely negative experience in the past with my LA solicitors. I nearly gave up, got so anxious and stressed and thought I would never be able to find a good LA solicitor. I was so lucky to find Dan and his team. Can’t express how grateful I am for their dedication. Summer is very knowledgeable, caring and supportive. She took her time to listen, knew my case in very small details, replied on all of my enquiries very quick. All statements were prepared on time and very well. It was a very positive experience and outcome! I can’t thank them enough for such amazing job. I felt so supported both- legally and emotionally. Don’t want to say I would like to come back, but definitely feel like I would not be so scared to go back to courts if I have to with such amazing team.

I originally made contact with Lucy by way of Advice Now, an independent, not for profit website run by the charity, Law for Life.
During our first meeting I provided her with details of my child access problem. Lucy listened patiently to my concerns, giving me time to explain the particulars of my issue. She asked me various questions, explained how the firm’s fees were structured and clearly described what the next steps would be.
Over the course of the next 18 months Lucy worked with me at my own pace, liaising with my ex partner’s solicitor as well as attending court with me on 2 separate occasions. While I found the court appearances stressful, Lucy’s supportive and measured approach during both of these gave me confidence and enabled me to remain calm under pressure.
I would not hesitate to recommend Lucy’s legal services. I found her to be professional, empathetic and good value for money.

I am beyond grateful for the exceptional service I received from Kim. Navigating a challenging family law case can be an incredibly daunting and stressful experience, but Kim transformed this process into a manageable and more bearable journey.

Her incredible helpfulness was unmatched. Every piece of advice they provided was spot on and gave me the confidence to make informed decisions. Kim also recommended barristers who shared their outstanding qualities, ensuring that I was in the best hands at all times.

After a prolonged divorce case that ended up running for a number of years my details was passed over to Johnathan Corbishley and his paralegal Henna Aietan. I reached out to Bedfordshire Family Law Donato called me and from the very start he done everything he could to support me with my case. My case went on for over servral months and he made me feel comfortable talking about difficult things regarding my case and supported me and advised me the whole way through and we got the best outcome with my child agreement order.
