I am a mortgage adviser and I am regularly asked to recommend a Solicitor. I recommend Karen Lynn at Pheby & Co more than anyone else. Karen always takes the time to understand clients and make sure that they are comfortable with what they are doing and understand it. I am a solicitor myself although I don’t do conveyancing and neither does my firm. I used Pheby and Co having used other firms in the past who have been pretty poor. Moving house is stressful and potentially financially ruinous if you choose the wrong law firm. Very few firms put qualified people on thr job. When they do - it’s a world if difference. I cant recommend Julian Pheby enough. He did a fantastic jib at a very reasonable price.

Using this company many times, Mr Pheby and his staff are kind, caring and doing whatever make sure it brings the benefits for us. Whatever Mr Pheby thought, it’s come true exactly. I have been working with this company 4 cases, doing 3 leases of business, selling the business and buying a house recently, all were completed perfectly as good as expected.

We used Pheby & Co. for a recent house purchase. The team was absolutely brilliant at keeping us updated and ensuring that any of the finer details were clearly explained. They were also proactive in their approach with both their work and also chasing the sellers for documentation etc. I would fully recommend anyone thinking of using this company, and will use them in the future for any legal work I require.

Karen was did an amazing job of our house purchase! It was our first purchase and we had no idea what we were doing. She guided us through the process and gave great advise! Always there when we needed her with no question too small for her to help! We were buying an old property with complexities such as neighbour access etc. When there were complications with the elderly seller becoming ill she sped up our purchase meaning we were exchanged and completed within the week!
I would recommend them to anyone who is buying a home. Cannot recommend them enough!
