I am a solicitor myself although I don’t do conveyancing and neither does my firm. I used Pheby and Co having used other firms in the past who have been pretty poor. Moving house is stressful and potentially financially ruinous if you choose the wrong law firm. Very few firms put qualified people on thr job. When they do - it’s a world if difference. I cant recommend Julian Pheby enough. He did a fantastic jib at a very reasonable price.
