Collected on:

Slapdash, careless, and very expensive.

Dreadful and unprofessional service by Fiona Moore.

I used Fiona Moore after she was recommended to me by a solicitor at Raworths LLP.

Initially she was very impressive, understood the issued with the case, and seemed focussed.

However, after about 4 months there was a notable drop off in the professionalism and efforts of Fiona.

Emails went unresponded for months. Fiona didn't understand clear ethical issues with expert reports and was completely incapable of dealing with this, which was a very significant failure.

Fiona's careless and lackadaisical approach resulted in countless mistakes, the other side were clearly aware of this and dropped key evidence out of court bundles. Hearings would come and Fiona wouldn't bother to share the bundle with me, and thus I was unaware of the omissions and mistakes in the bundle.

Fiona also recommended Barristers from Broadway house, her first recommendation turned out to be incredibly poor and avaricious. Birds of a feather flock together, I guess.

To charge £285 an hour for such bad work is unthinkable, but Fiona did it anyway.

The costs of Fiona's failures will be one my family will mark us for a lifetime.
