Conveyance for 2 Redhill Grove, Castleford WF10 3FF

We experienced a torrid time with four aborted house purchases before suceeding inbuying a bungalow. Sue hist was a constant support with advice and guidance and sheer level headedness during all the ups and downs whilst ensuring we understood the letter of the law and comlpied with it.
Explanations were made clear in laymans terms which made us feel comfprtable in dealing with the various issues.

House Sale

I would just like to say that our solicitor Sue Hirst was a joy to work with, nothing was too much trouble, she kept us informed about what was happening and the progress regarding the property we were selling. She is friendly but still professional, she kept us informed and up to date with the progress. This has not been the easiest time in our life to sell a property but Sue was a great help and made things much easier for us. And I would also like to mention Jenny, who also was professional and very helpful.

Excellent service from start to finish!

Excellent service from start to finish; Kerry was aware of our need to complete the sale in a short timeframe. She responded to all correspondence quickly, without compromising on quality. With Kerry’s efficient and professional service, we were able to complete the sale in just 2 months - well before our deadline.

First Class Service

Sue has dealt with 10 conveyance sales/purchases over the past few years on behalf of myself and my partner and on every single occasion she has been so professional and reliable. We have felt we were in safe hands and would never choose to use any other conveyancer

Excellent Service

We have now used Crombie Wilkinson twice over the years for house sales and each time they have been excellent. Great communication and very proactive. If only all Solicitors were this good it would greatly reduce the amount of stress when selling a house.

Sale of Property

This is not the first time I have used Sue Hirst, Conveyancer Solicitor from Crombie Wilkinson. It certainly won't be the last for as long as Sue is in business that is for sure. Sue is absolutely fantastic when it comes to helping with the solicitor side of things when selling a property, her expertise is second to none. She is a pleasure to deal with, keeps everything ticking over quickly, she has outstanding legal knowledge and I could not recommend her services highly enough.

My parents have recently used Darren Norgate to obtain Power of Attorney for themselves and the process has been made much easier and stress free thanks to him. I have worked alongside Darren professionally for many years so my first instinct when the job needed to be done was to go to him. thanks for your help Darren.

Rang Selby to advise I wanted to redo my will but had misplaced my will but I knew it was with them, I was told they could not help me unless I found my will, or I could start a brand new one which obviously would cost more than an update needless to say I didn't use them I did not feel valued or that they wanted to be bothered.
