Fantastic!

I needed someone to do my conveyancing in speedy and straight forward manner. That is what I got with Adele. Same day response and quote, reasonable fees, no fluff just straight down to business as promised. Good advice, sensible solutions, proactive and fast! Very highly recommended and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again

I would like to thank Amy and Julie for all their help. It was rather tedious with the purchases solicitor and they dealt with it so well. Thank you.

Professional and friendly

Both Adele and Lynnette were very professional but friendly as well. They made a difficult transaction possible in a compressed timescale, such that it completed on schedule. They found practical solutions to any issues and were calm at all stages. Thank you.

Sale of Property

This is not the first time I have used Sue Hirst, Conveyancer Solicitor from Crombie Wilkinson. It certainly won't be the last for as long as Sue is in business that is for sure. Sue is absolutely fantastic when it comes to helping with the solicitor side of things when selling a property, her expertise is second to none. She is a pleasure to deal with, keeps everything ticking over quickly, she has outstanding legal knowledge and I could not recommend her services highly enough.

Thank you

Service was very good but a shame that with a purchase and a sale to do, no discount above normal was offered. The electronic service is excellent.

Buying and selling

I was kept well informed of the buying and selling processes and the team with Gemma were always polite and very understanding and I think Jason deserves a special thanks for his patient, understanding and attention to detail and made the whole process much less stressful for me. MANY THANKS TO ALL OF THE TEAM. Thank you all very much.

Extremely disappointing experience, dealing with Gregory Phillip Cross and this firm.

He has been unbelievably unprofessional, he told me ‘Stop playing silly games’. In addition to this, he has the grammar and spelling of a young schoolchild. Furthermore, it takes days and sometimes weeks to even get a response. The record for a response from him, currently stands at 3 months!

Certainly not someone you would want to be represented by, or dealing with, given the sheer unprofessionalism and lack of basic life skills.

After reading the reviews for the other branches of this firm, I would strongly advise against using this firm/Gregory Phillip Cross after such a terrible experience.

Amy Mills and Julie Roberts were very professional and hard working.
The app kept me up to date with the progress.
I would recommend Crombie Wilkinson to anyone buying a house.
The turn around time was amazing.
Thanks again.
