This is not the first time I have used Sue Hirst, Conveyancer Solicitor from Crombie Wilkinson. It certainly won't be the last for as long as Sue is in business that is for sure. Sue is absolutely fantastic when it comes to helping with the solicitor side of things when selling a property, her expertise is second to none. She is a pleasure to deal with, keeps everything ticking over quickly, she has outstanding legal knowledge and I could not recommend her services highly enough.

Same day response and quote, reasonable fees, no fluff just straight down to business as promised. Good advice, sensible solutions, proactive and fast!
