If there was an option to leave no stars I would have, where do I start hannah is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with, Ryan is clueless, they all tell u different information all the time, I really don't have anything good to say about them, all the reviews I see on here I don't see one for these two and I'm really not surprised, neither of them like doing there job, don't want to send me the official complaint process, I strongly advise anyone use a different branch of solicitors like I will be doing now there one of the most rudest firms I have ever dealt with, also if u like updates go somewhere else, I would be ashamed to have these work for me

Truly Dreadful Experience

The service was so slow that our seller had assumed that we’d pulled out. Impossible to speak to anyone. People ignoring messages. Poor quality enquiries. Truly awful company.

We used Lockings to deal with an application for grant of probate.
It probably wasn't the most straightforward application but the work, which I'm pleased to say has now been successfully completed, was carried out efficiently and professionally.
Lucy kept us fully informed of progress and was always helpful and friendly.

I had previously used Lockings Will department for the reviewing of a family will and proceeded to the Probate Dept for the creation and submittal of the estate into the Probate system.

Straightforward, no-nonsense value for money

We used Lockings as a referral from our Estate Agents but had used many years before. Things have 'moved on' since we last sold a house and probably since COVID lockdown periods with the majority of, if not all, transactions performed, very efficiently, on an on-line portal or via e-mail/Phone. Rarely had to chase, responses were quick and the price was fixed and very competitive having looked at alternatives. Very happy with service and would use again

This is an amazing company ! Yes I am describing a solicitors !
All the staff were helpful polite and were in regular communication, we had a difficult multiple house sale and purchase and Lockings were the very best conveyor I have used in 35 years, I will be using them again shortly for another purchase. Can’t speak too highly of this company.
