Lindsay and the team at Jane Brooks Hedon make the conveyancing process as easy as possible and keep you up to date with the situation. We have used Lindsay several times now and she talks to us on that level which is great. We had a few issues with our chain but it was managed quickly and efficiently.

My wife and I have used Lindsay for many years as we have moved so much! Also handled rental properties we’ve had.
With my job I talk to many people who stress and worry about moving. Their solicitor not communicating with them etc.
If I can I Always promote Lindsay to them.
Lindsay and her staff are professional and always ‘working’ in the office. Act as quickly as possible.
Seriously, if you need to sell your property, ask for Lindsay.

Jane Brooks Law were really on the ball with my sale and purchase. We used them to buy our last home also, so we knew what to expect. We had issues in our purchase with the chain and Courtney jumped in and pushed everyone to fix it. Our buyer said to us that Courtney’s actions on that particular issue saved the chain and allowed us to exchange and then complete shortly after. Would definitely use Jane Brooks Law Hedon branch again.

We bought a house back in August and would recommend Jane Brooks Law to anyone, Lindsay was quick and efficient all the way through, and if she wasn't available then someone else would always be at the end of the phone or an email, and they new exactly what was going on with the purchase. Lindsay knew how desperate and fast we needed to move and she made that happen for us

Garry Roper and his team are incredible. Garry always replies within a day and answers all your questions with kindness, he never makes you feel stupid if you don’t know something simple. Buying a house can be hell and he made the whole process SO much easier and as stress-free as possible with his work ethic and attention to detail, nothing got past him with shady solicitors/sellers. I will use these solicitors forever, highly recommend. Excellent service and reasonable price aswell.
