Exceptional Service
Lindsay went above and beyond to help us with the sale of our property. We encountered a problem with the Title Plan which she resolved quickly with the original owners and Land Registry. All her team were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

1st class service
Lindsay acted for us on buying our house. She and the team were fantastic, very knowledgeable, making the whole process easy. Communication and response time to any questions was always super quick, keeping us informed all the time.

Lindsay makes it easy
Lindsay and the team at Jane Brooks Hedon make the conveyancing process as easy as possible and keep you up to date with the situation. We have used Lindsay several times now and she talks to us on that level which is great. We had a few issues with our chain but it was managed quickly and efficiently.

My wife and I have used Lindsay for many years as we have moved so much! Also handled rental properties we’ve had.
With my job I talk to many people who stress and worry about moving. Their solicitor not communicating with them etc.
If I can I Always promote Lindsay to them.
Lindsay and her staff are professional and always ‘working’ in the office. Act as quickly as possible.
Seriously, if you need to sell your property, ask for Lindsay.

Above and Beyond.
We’ve been using Jane Brooks Law for about a decade now for various legal matters. This is the first time we’ve worked with Lindsay, and I’m thrilled to say she did an exceptional job! One thing worth noting is that we encountered an unexpected issue with our house move at the last minute. Despite Lindsay being on holiday leave for some of the time we had this problem, she went above and beyond to ensure that we made our move date.

House purchase
We bought a house back in August and Lindsay was quick and very sufficient all the way through, no messing around, communication was always there and clear, would recommend Lindsay to anyone who needs a good solicitor.

Fabulous experience and service
