Staff were all friendly, professional and efficient. Very satisfied overall. Possibly could have done with a little more guidance when signing the transfer documents as we were left under the impression that we had to obtain the vendors signature ourselves

Relieved to have finished dealing with this company. Terrible communicators, always having to chase for updates. Very poor quality paperwork/instructions sent out. Even up to completion we had to keep asking for updates. Left documents till the last day of completion before requesting them, even though they had had them for a week and been asked if everything was ok. Transferred funds with no completion statement so we didn't understand the final amount. Do not use Jane Brooks Law they struggle with conveyance god knows what they would be like with anything else.
