We chose this firm as we had very good service when arranging lasting powers of attorney. For the conveyancing we dealt with different personnel and received very different service. Communication was infrequent and we had to ask for updates. Some of the junior staff to whom some work was delegated were very pleasant and helpful but clearly lacked knowledge and experience. Staff in reception were pleasant and helpful. I would still recommend the individual we used for LPAs but not our conveyancing solicitor.

The firm were highly recommended to me, and did not disappoint! From the initial contact throughout a lengthy & on the final day a very stressful move, the team were excellent. Always happy to answer any questions, and on moving day itself, the stayed on past their normal office hours to ensure everything was done!
