Exceptional service
As with many people i was keen to have completion before the stamp duty changed. Natasha, Nicola and Jennie were fantastic in helping with the purchase. They worked tirelessly through completion to help me get sorted quickly. They were professional and all queries and issues were resolved quickly.

Thank you to Natasha and her team for the speediness you operated at to secure us our home. We had ridiculous deadlines from the sellers solicitors and the other parties and as first time buyers this was very stressful for us. Jane Brooks were very fast in their work and we met the deadline, even with the stamp duty increase pressures for you guys to contend with too. Thanks again

House Sale
My 2 sisters and brother and I instructed Jane’s Brook Law in the sale of our deceased mothers’ property.
It wasn’t a smooth process as an initial purchase fell through just prior to signing contracts and it was a while before another purchaser was found. I realise it is difficult when dealing with multiple clients, but I was the first point of contact and we all agree that we weren’t always kept up to date with what was happening and had to ring and ask for information and where we were in the process. Mistakes were made, witness signatures were omitted when we had specifically come into the office to have forms witnessed. On another occasion you actually had someone else’s file and were referring to it for information when we came into the office with queries.
On completion I had requested my share of the funds be paid direct into my bank account and I had provided my bank details for this to be done, but my request wasn’t carried out and you produced 4 cheques.
We found the staff to be very friendly and approachable when dealing with them on the phone or in person, it was just a shame that the service wasn’t quite as efficient as it could have been.

I would like to thank JBL team and specially Natasha. She was quick to respond, communicated very professionally, always available to answer the queries. Most importantly, it cost me what we agreed at the start of this deal, no hidden charges, fair in their dealings.
