I recently bought a new home and did a part exchange a part of the process. Sharon Spicer made things so straight forward on what can be a stressful process. I was kept informed at all times as to the progress on both my sale & purchase, would definitely use again without hesitation.

Very poor communication. Mainly reactive and not proactive as I would expect. First property sale fell through day before completion but I was only advised by the estate agent. Conveyancer only contacted me several days later.
