Sale of Property
I had used Sandersons previously when purchasing this property so I instructed Sharon Spicer again to deal with the sale thereof. As similar to my previous experience everything was explained fully from receiving the original quote through to the completion of the sale. Due to delays from the bottom of the chain many emails were sent from me but these were always answered promptly and if ever I needed to ring Sharon or one of her team were available to take the call. Everybody was professional but with a friendly approach.Good conveyancing solicitors make all the difference to which is already a stressful situation and so I would not hesitate to use Sharon again and I will be doing it once I find a house to purchase.

Very professional
Used Sandersons Solicitors to buy a new home, then sell my previous property. Everything went very well. All aspects explained and nothing was too much trouble. There to answer any that may arise either by email or telephone.

Thank you Sharon and Leonie for your expert advice and help with out house sale. Sharon was fantastic at pushing our house sale forward meeting the process was quick and stress free!!
